01 Research Ideas on Human Health Design of Classroom LED Lamps

DESINGN RESEARCH IDEAS/ Research idea

  • Through a large number of human factor experiments, the LED lamps used in classrooms were analyzed from the aspects of visual health and homework efficiency and product design.
  • Based on existing data and curve models, determine some product parameters. Relevant parameters are optimized according to product characteristics and other factors to complete the final finalization of the product.
  • After finalizing the product, put it into use, track and test the visual function development of students who use the sample classroom LED lamps, and verify the use of classroom LED lamps developed by VINES.

Note: This study is different from the traditional methods only starting from the physical indicators of photometry and colorimetry, but from visual human factors (including photometry, colorimetry, optics, optometry, ophthalmology, modern medicine, biomedicine Etc.) for research and evaluation. After three stages of research, the first is to analyze and evaluate the human factors of the target product, and then to finalize the product, optimize the parameters, and finalize the product. After the product is completed, it is tested and verified.

02 6 parameters of LED full eye protection

The conclusion of the study is that it is very difficult to achieve traditional classroom lighting that protects students' eyesight. The traditional T8 fluorescent lighting and ordinary LED lighting used in most schools are difficult to achieve. Full eye protection LED classroom lights must be improved from six core parameters of illumination, glare, light strobe, color rendering index, color temperature, and blue light, and all are higher than the basic standard parameters set by the state.
