Everyone should be familiar with office lighting. In short, it is the ordinary electric bulbs we used before. Although the light efficiency is low, but the light color and light collection performance are good. I found the bulb has turned black. What's going on?
Tungsten filaments shine in office lighting. Tungsten filaments can remain stable at high temperatures without melting, but directly sublimate into gas. After the light is turned off, the temperature drops and the tungsten gas condenses again into a solid Covered on the inner wall of the bulb, because tungsten is a black solid, after a long time of use, tungsten repeatedly accumulates on the inner wall of the lamp, and the bulb will turn black.
The life of office lighting is related to the temperature of the filament, because the higher the temperature, the easier it is for the filament to sublimate (tungsten directly becomes tungsten gas). When the tungsten filament is sublimated to a thinner, it is easy to burn off after power on, thus ending Life of the lamp. Therefore, the greater the power (wattage), the shorter the life.
Office lighting has a life span. Generally, after blackening, the life will not be long. Black bulbs will affect the quality of the lighting, and it is not beautiful. Therefore, it is better to replace the black bulbs that have been used for too long, especially in conspicuous locations. The place that needs good lighting should be changed as soon as possible, so as to avoid the sudden failure of the bulb without a spare bulb, which affects the normal lighting and life and causes various inconveniences.
The heat dissipation effect of the lamp is not good. We all know that the lighting of the lamp is a process of heat dissipation. If the temperature inside the lamp is too high, the characteristics of the LED will easily deteriorate. This will also easily cause damage to the LED lights.
The only way to reduce the temperature is to lower the filament temperature to achieve the purpose of prolonging life. When the operating temperature of the tungsten wire is as high as 2700 ° C, the bulb will turn off in less than an hour; the operating temperature of the tungsten wire will drop to 1700 ° C, and the service life can be extended to more than 1,000 hours.
Office lighting manufacturers say this is not a good idea. Reducing the operating temperature of the tungsten wire, that is, reducing its incandescence, will reduce the luminous efficiency, which is far less bright than when the temperature is high.
So, the problem was so plainly in front of people: if you want to emit more light, you have to increase the working temperature of the filament; if you want to reduce the evaporation of the tungsten wire to extend the life of the lamp, you have to lower its body temperature. Commercial lighting manufacturers say this is contradictory.
